Diversified shipping Incoterms
We accept all shipping Incoterms such as Ex-Works (EXW), Free On Board (FOB), Delivered at Place (DAP), Delivered Duty Paid(DDP), etc. Generally speakings, we can either just produce PCBs and customer use their own carrier to pick up, or deliver the goods to any location customer needed by our shipping carrier.

Viasion supports all shipping modes: express, air and ocean. When products are finished, we will send our customers a packing list and advise the best shipping mode and cost. But can decide the best option for their products. Please refer to the following list of the pros and cons for express, air and ocean shipment separately.

PCB Packaging
Step 1: After quality check, vacuum pack PCBs with 10-25panels per bag, with humidity indicator and desiccant in each bag, and stick label with part number, order number, quantity, date code, etc.
Step 2: Put several vacuum bags into the carton and surround them with foam to protect the PCB, with a standard weight of less than 15kg per box;
Step 3: Cartons are fastened and protected safely to avoid damage in transit. Also, stick a label on each carton with the part number, order number, quantity, date code, etc. And sue pallets if needed.
PCB Assembly Packing
Step 1: After the PCBA quality check, pack and seal each PCB in an ESD bag;
Step 2: 2nd time pack each PCB in a thick ESD bag;
Step 3: Put several PCBs with double-layer ESD bags into cartons and surround them with foam to protect them. Standard weight less than 15kg per box; custom carton with inner separation if needed;
Step 4: Cartons are fastened and protected safely. Also, stick a label on each carton with the part number, order number, quantity, date code, etc. And use pallets if needed.
