Viasion Technology Co., Ltd is a professional Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturer who has 3 plants in Shenzhen and Kunshan. With around 1600 employees totally, Viasion is dedicated in research and production of double-sided and multilayer FR4 PCBs, blind and buried via PCBs, HDI PCBs, high frequency PCBs, metal based PCBs, heavy copper PCBs, mixed material PCBs, rigid-flexible PCBs, etc... Each plant specializes in different product area, one for multilayer PCBs in medium and large batches, one for samples and smaller batches, and one for medium batches and unusual technology and material.

  Viasion owns experienced technical engineers and advanced production and inspection equipment which can assure us to supply high quality products to our customers. Our machines including CNC drilling machine, CNC routing machines, laser drill machine, automatic exposure machine, AOI equipment, automatic PTH line, ENIG line, OSP line and HAL line…etc.

  We always persevere in improvement of production capability, quality and administration, and have gained UL and ISO9001 certificates. Supported by advance quality inspection equipment, and experienced and professional inspector, we can assure good and stable quality.

   Our  main competitiveness are:

Kunshan plant utilizes advanced equipment and cheaper labour force of inland China, can offer good price in multilayer mass production;
Shenzhen quick turn factory specializes in quick turn PCB, samples and smaller batches production, with a normal lead time of 1-2 weeks, and 2-5 working days by request. And there is no MOQ for new orders.
We can supply very wide range of PCBs, including: normal FR4, high Tg FR4, halogen free FR4, PTFE, Ceramic, mixed material, metal based, flexible (Polyimide) material, and rigid flexible PCBs. We can fulfill most of your PCB requirement, so you do not need to find new supplier if you need some unusual PCBs.
